Katrina's mother is from UK and father is an Indian, Kashmiri. Katrina is one among the eight daughters. Katrina Kaif started modeling at the age of 14 for a jewellery Campaign in London.As a model Katrina worked with photographer Atul Kasbekar and later on received offers from big brands like LG, Lakme, Veet etc.
In 2003, the actress made her debut in the film Boom, which was a box office disaster. But she was a success in the south of India by her performance in two Telugu movies Malliswari & Pidugu which brought her fame.
Katrina came back to Bollywood with some great films like Anees Bazmee’s 'Welcome' David Dhawan’s ‘Partner’, and Vipul Shah’s ‘Namastey London', etc.
